SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING IS FREE OF CHARGE FOR ALL ORDERS IN THE US. ALL FREE SHIPPING ORDERS WILL BE SENT VIA UPS GROUND SERVICE.

All orders will be sent using United Parcel Service (UPS). You can find your tracking number on the faxed invoice. To track UPS orders, go to www.UPS.com. If you have any problems with tracking an order, please contact us and one of our Customer Service Representatives will assist you.

Shipping Policy

Unless a preference is indicated by the customer, Diamond Tool Factory will ship using UPS GROUND SERVICE or any method at our discretion.

If Diamond Tool Factory is unable to fill an entire order, partial shipment will be made, unless Ship Complete is indicated on the order.

We do not ship items until payment has been confirmed.

FREIGHT

Please inspect your shipment immediately. Damages or shortages must be reported to the carrier at once, and noted damage on Bill of Lading.

If package arrives damaged, notify carrier immediately. Save all packing and cartons for the carrier to inspect.

Diamond Tool Factory must be notified of any shortages within 24 Hours of Receipt.

All Freight is coming from New York

Additional charges may apply to a factory direct shipment.

All orders to be shipped NEXT DAY must be received by 4:00 pm Eastern Stardard Time.

Normal delivery service anywhere in the continental USA is between 1-6 business days guaranteed by UPS.

For shipments going to places other then the Continental U.S. please call for details.

UPS is available to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call for details.
